The Italy-America Chamber of Commerce West organized an intensive training session at the International Culinary Center in Campbell (California) involving 30 chefs, food & beverage professionals, teachers, students and members of the trade press.

The interactive training session held by Michelin star chef, Luigi Fineo, and Master Wine Taster, Giammario Villa, engaged participants in a journey of discovery of the latest developments in traditional Italian cuisine and of long-forgotten wine production techniques.

The session was followed by a networking event and the opportunity to taste the products discussed during the training.
