For the Authentic Italian Table, the Italian Chamber of Commerce of Ontario is treating its guests to 4 nights dedicated to celebrating Italian cooking traditions.

There will be four dinners, prepared by four exceptionally talented Chefs, who prepared for this event by taking part in an educational journey to Italy. They were the guests of the famous chef Ugo Mura, in the I.F.S.E. school of culinary arts in Turin (northern Italy).

Upon returning from their trip, these lucky and extraordinary chefs will be ready to entertain their guests with menus dedicated to their experience in Italy, telling them of the history behind every dish and the authentic flavours of Italian PDO and PGI ingredients.

Each of the four dinners will be interpreted by a different chef.
The guests will include bloggers, journalists, influencers and possibly even you - hurry!
