The event was organised by the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce of Texas at the Livestock Rodeo in Houston, as part of the “Valorisation and promotion of authentic Italian agri-food products” project. The focus of the initiative and the interventions of the importers of Italian products and wines and local food bloggers, was on the bureaucratic and logistical procedures for exporting authentic Italian products (labelling, packaging, shipping) and the marketing and distribution strategies of the products. Over 150 participants attended the event, including representatives from the hospitality sector (restaurants, importers, distributers, buyers, and chefs), journalists and influencers, opinion leaders and experts from the world of economy, research and wellbeing.
