As part of the “Enhancement and promotion of authentic Italian agri-food products” project, the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Miami, in collaboration with AICIG and the Miami Culinary Institute, organised two Masterclasses intended for chefs, restaurateurs, importers/distributors, young chefs, journalists/bloggers, influencers and nutritionists, focusing on awareness of the main Italian PDO and PGI products. The Masterclasses included practical demonstrations by chefs, as well as the presentation and tasting of 7-8 Italian dishes based on PDO and PGI ingredients.
