The Italo-American Chamber of Commerce in Los Angeles, in collaboration with AICIG and the Art Institute of California (Hollywood), organised two training sessions intended for students of the culinary Institute, chefs, trade professionals, buyers, distributors and influencers/journalists, to present the main Italian PDO and PGI products and to understand the value of certification processes. Renowned Italian chefs shared their experience with the college students and the professionals of the sector, concentrating also on the appropriate use of certified products, the correct preparation of dishes and the right combinations for creating authentic Italian menus.
