Held at the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ), a leading hotel management, hospitality, food service and sommelier training school, the masterclass involved 51 selected participants, including specialty store personnel, shop assistants, importers, distributors, hotel chains, influencers, representatives from the specialist gastronomy press, chefs from Italian fusion restaurants and nutritionists. The representatives of the Piave DOP, Grana Padano DOP and Prosciutto di Parma DOP consortium, presented a special showcase of typical Italian chees and salami, with educational presentations and themed tasting sessions.
