As part of the “Valorisation and promotion of authentic Italian agri-food products” project, through the “Taste & Learn” formula, the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Montreal organised a guided tasting of authentic Italian products and info-training sessions at food boutiques and two gourmet stores in the Montreal metropolitan area. The boutiques displayed special promotional corners staffed by experts, to demonstrate the characteristics of the various products and their designation of origin. The distribution of brochures with QR codes allowed visitors to access more detailed information on the various specialities and their traceability.
