Pasquale Vari is a famous chef and TV personality from Montréal.
In 1984 he graduated in Italian Cuisine and in 1995 he became professor at the Institut de Tourisme et d'Hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ).
He was one of the judges of the TV show Les Chefs! and in 1991, he won the gold medal at the Relais & Châteaux Award of Excellence.
He was also guest conductor in 2003 and in 2005 at the National Assembly restaurant, Le Parlementaire.
Pasquale is also co-author of the book Parmigiano Reggiano, published by Éditions de l'Homme in 2006.
In 2011, he was one of the three professors of the ITHQ that cooked for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and gave them a culinary workshop during their visit to Montréal.
In 2012 he received the Renaud-Cyr award in the Chef Trainer category.
