The Cámara de Comercio Italiana en Mexico organised a masterclass on pizza as part of the finals of the Mexican Pizza Championship. For the occasion, the chamber of commerce invited Italy’s renowned Executive Chef, Roberto Caporuscio, owner of the Kesté pizzerias in New York, President of America’s Associazione Pizzaioli Napoletani (Neapolitan Association of Pizza Chefs) and Head of the Pizza Academy Foundation of New York.

After providing a detailed history of pizza and of the traditional ingredients that go into an authentic Neapolitan pizza, the chef then engaged in a practical demonstration of the preparation process before inviting some participants, including influencers and journalists, to prepare one themselves under his expert guidance.
